2010 Football & Cheerleading PARENTS MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY JUNE 30th IN THE AUDITORIUM AT THE STELTON COMMUNITY CENTER FROM 7-9PM. 2010 Registration Information Children ages 5*-15 may register to participate in our football or cheerleading program. *Child must be 5 years of age on or before July 31st. Registering for all levels of play..... Flag, Mitey Mite, Jr Pee Wee, Pee Wee, Jr Midgets & Midgets All registering players must bring a copy of their birth certificate and a current wallet size photo. When the season starts all registered players must provide their original birth certificate, 2 copies of their 4th marking period report card, sign and dated player contract and a physical form signed and dated by a license physician. The link for the physical form is to the left. Football players will be assigned to a team based on their age and weight. You may view the age & weight matrix by clicking to the left. Cheerleaders will be assigned to a squad based on their age and grade school level. ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE IN CASH OR MONEY ORDER Registration Fee is $95 per child now thru July 31st. Registration Fee is $115 per child after July 31st. Refundable Work Bond is $75 per family (not child). Upon completion of your work bond duties and the end of our season you may opt to rollover your work bond for the following year or receive a refund. 1st day of practice is Monday August 2nd. During the summer practice is held Monday thru Friday.

What to bring to registration: 1. A copy of your child's birth certificate. 2. A photo (head shot) of the child. 3. Registration Fee (cash only) 4. Workbond Fee (cash only)
